General tools for quilted bags and purses

I am learning to make bag from a book name "Quilted Bags and purses by Mary Jo Hiney". So these are the general tools needed to make the bags :D
1. Circle template

2. Cotton bud
3. Fray preventative - ?
4. Grid-lined ruler -?
5. Ironing board
6.Photocopier - photostat machine
7. Quilter's ruler
8.Quilting pins - i think its normal needle
9. Rotary cutter
10. Scissors to cut fabric

11. Seam ripper - to remove wrong stitches

12. Self-healing cutting mat - board that protect the table surface

15. Spray starch
